Summary: As a Product Designer on the Ads team, you will contribute to the future of customer experience for seller advertising and promotion, working side-by-side with other cross-functional contributors to improve and evolve how sellers promote their listings and storefronts both on and off. Requirements: BS degree in interaction design, HCI, industrial design, graphic design, visual communications or equivalent experience and +5 years of professional experience in Product Design. Compelling portfolio demonstrates a broad range of product design work across web-based applications, consumer experiences, and native mobile applications Experience in product design for end-to-end user-experiences and a strong understanding of user-centered design processes with agile, cross-functional teams Ability to synthesize together industry trends, internal and third-party research, team insights, business priorities, and partner feedback into practical and compelling user-experience solutions. Hand-on experience in zero-to-one, new product and concept development, including generative research, storyboarding, user-journey mapping, competitive analysis, prototyping, qualitative feedback and quantitative testing a plus. Experience in the e-commerce space creating platforms, tools, and products that enable e-commerce sellers a plus. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $71.41/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
