Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing occupational therapy services in an elementary school setting offers an opportunity to support the developmental and educational success of students from kindergarten through 8th grade. This role involves delivering both direct and indirect occupational therapy interventions to a caseload of approximately 80 students, ensuring each childs unique needs are addressed effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for K-8 students
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Monitoring and documenting student progress and modifying interventions as needed
• Providing consultation to staff regarding student accommodations and therapeutic strategies
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory, ethical, and documentation standards

Qualifications and experience preferred:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in school-based settings
• Familiarity with K-8 student age group needs and developmental milestones
• Ability to manage a high caseload with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of educational laws and guidelines related to special education and therapy services

Position details:

• Location: Scottsdale, AZ
• Contract duration: Current school year through June 5th, 2026
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 5 days a week)
• Immediate start date
