Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer . You’ll be part of an elite team reimagining how ServiceNow works in a dynamic cruise environment—with real-world impact across ships, shoreside operations, and safety. We're building a game-changing ServiceNow implementation that’s unlike anything in the travel industry—and we need a sharp, curious, and driven technologist to help bring it to life. Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and support 60+ self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances, running in a Linux environment

  • Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and Health/Safety

  • Build and support low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow development

  • Troubleshoot platform and Linux-related issues

  • Collaborate across IT and business teams to deliver clean, documented workflows

  • Support governance, license compliance, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of Linux

  • Basic development understanding and API familiarity

  • Strong analytical skills, communication chops, and a passion for learning

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certs

  • SQL / MySQL / MariaDB knowledge

  • On-premise ServiceNow experience

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$40.00-$44.00 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
