Experienced Public Staff Accountant

Location: In-office (Hybrid potential)

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000/year

• Deliver high-quality advisory, reporting, and bookkeeping services to a diverse client base.
• Lead the payroll department, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and train staff and clients to build confidence and capability.
• Manage client onboarding and oversee project execution.
• Ensure firm-wide work is completed efficiently and on time.

• Expertise in payroll processing and payroll tax.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and multi-state tax preparation.
• Strong project management skills in an accounting environment.
• A degree in accounting.
• 5+ years of management experience in a CPA firm.
• CPA designation preferred, but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
