Hiring an Ocean Export Agent in Bensenville, IL!
Job Description
Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing an exceptional customer service within the Ocean Export Department.
Candidates will work with one of the largest customers that handles 20,000+ shipments annually. This will be the only customer they work with.
-Will approve shipments for delivery to destination
-Manage and handle cargo once it sails from appropriate port
-Enter and manage heavy documentation involving each shipment assigned
-Work with the countries policy to stay within guidelines
-Enter lots of data into the system (shipments, departures/arrivals, cargo, deliveries, etc.)
-Use Excel to receive workload for the day
-Use Excel to manage and track loads/shipments
-Will handle minimal calls (Maybe 5 a week)
-MUST BE COMPUTER PROFICIENT (have to be able to type and with accuracy

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
