Role Summary

The Franchise Business Coach is responsible for providing assertive, franchisee-centered guidance that prepares and supports an increasingly diverse community of franchisees to grow expeditiously, exponentially, and responsibly. The focus of this position is to engage franchise owners to build a solid foundation in the core areas of the business model to include but not limited to operations, sales, marketing, customer service, customer relationship management software, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and continuously improve training programs to support successful franchise launches.
  • Revise and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Partner proactively with Franchise Owners to strengthen operational execution and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Provide coaching, resources, and best practices that standardize processes across the network.
  • Consult with franchisees on day-to-day operational issues, offering immediate solutions or helping develop action plans aligned with the franchise model.
  • Use KPI dashboards and business intelligence tools to help Franchise Owners understand and manage their businesses through data.
  • Analyze financial statements and performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and compliance concerns.
  • Lead monthly performance calls with franchisees to review results, confirm KPI understanding, and guide improvements.
  • Address compliance or performance issues as directed, recommending corrective actions where needed.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, effectively consulting with and influencing seasoned business owners and leaders.
  • Drive measurable performance improvements through strategic coaching and partnership.
  • Support special projects and initiatives that further enhance franchisee training, growth, and overall network success.
  • This role is in office in Denver, and requires up to 20% travel.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience coaching individuals both one-on-one and in groups.
  • Background in franchising, window treatments, or training development is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of customer service, relationship management, and general business strategies.
  • Proven ability to coach both thriving and underperforming franchisees.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and business reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
