Sales Representative Premium Flooring Solutions

Location: Woburn, MA | Job Type: Full-time | Reports to: Sales Manager / Director of Sales

Compensation: Base ($65-95k) + Commission ($25-150k)

What Youll Be Doing:

• Respond to warm inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM
• Understand client goals and offer tailored flooring solutions aligned with their vision
• Master product specswood species, finishes, sizing, and installation typesand present them confidently
• Track lead activity, organize opportunities, and prioritize high-potential clients in the CRM
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless post-sale transitions
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering a premium client experience

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in inside sales, design sales, or consultative B2C/B2B selling
• Experience in flooring, home design, or luxury goods is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused mindset
• Comfort learning and communicating technical product information
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
• Appreciation for design, materials, and aesthetics
