Solterra Wellness Club , opening in Polaris in Early 2026, were creating a boutique studio where movement feels inspiring, personal, and transformative and were seeking founding instructors to share their expertise and help shape the culture of our wellness destination.
Compensation & Incentives - Per-Class Pay: (based on experience & certifications).

Responsibilities - Teach engaging private and group Yoga classes.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences rooted in safety, form, and personalized coaching.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors on special events, workshops, and community offerings.
- Help drive retention and new member growth through authentic client relationships.
- Represent Solterra Wellness Clubs values as a wellness ambassador.
Qualifications - Certification in Yoga
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Experience teaching diverse clients and class formats.
- Passion for community, wellness, and continuous learning.
