Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary
  • Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
  • In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
• 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
• CME annual allowance
• Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and Occurrence-Based Malpractice insurance
• Relocation support

Marshfield Clinic Health System is seeking  BC/BE Otolaryngologists to join our team at  Marshfield, Eau Claire, or Minocqua, Wisconsin . Join our busy, well-established, full-service otolaryngology department including fellowship-trained surgeons. There is great team collegiality with dedicated support staff to help build the practice you desire. Marshfield Clinic Health System has the longest continuous-running ENT program in Wisconsin!

Marshfield, Wisconsin:

• 4 10-hour days available!
• Call coverage is 1:4 with PA Support
• Fully remodeled clinic space with state-of-the-art equipment
• 2 dedicated procedure rooms
• 3 Physician Assistants
• Audiology Department adjacent to ENT Department
• Speech Pathology onsite performs swallowing studies
• Vestibular Lab for dizziness testing

Eau Claire, Wisconsin: 

• Outreach to Ladysmith and/or Rice Lake
• Collegial environment with OR team
• Call coverage is 1:3
• Clinic and hospital attached

Weston, Wisconsin: 

• Outreach to Minocqua Clinic
• Comprehensive array of cases, full scope ENT practice
• Well-established referral base from across Marshfield Clinic Health System
• Collegial environment with OR team
• Clinic and hospital attached

Requirements

• BC/BE Otolaryngologist
• State License and DEA by start date
• H1B Visa Support
• J1 Visa Support
