Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the fabrication department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Pittsburg, KS

What's the Job?

• Prepares materials for welding, cuts, grinds, and cleans metal.
• Utilizes fabrication skills to complete all phases of fabrication.
• Provides feedback and input into the fabrication process regarding order of assembly, design, materials, fixtures, and jigs.
• Conceptualizes and makes fixtures.
• Works collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality output.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
