Lead Video Editor & Content Strategist

We’re a growing media company based in San Diego creating podcasts, documentaries, and short-form video content that reach millions of people every month.

Our mission is to produce content that inspires, encourages, and points people toward truth. Everything we create is shaped by our Christian values, and we’re looking for someone who connects with that purpose and wants to be part of something that makes a real impact.

I’m looking for a hands-on editor — someone who can craft compelling videos but also thinks about systems, storytelling, and strategy. Someone who loves the creative process but also wants to help shape how we scale and improve what we create.

This is an in-person role in San Diego because I want to work side by side with you daily — building, experimenting, and growing together. If you’re creative, proactive, and passionate about meaningful media that reflects faith and excellence, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit short-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Edit clips and visuals from our podcasts and long-form recordings
• Review existing footage to find powerful, shareable moments
• Build and refine workflows to make editing and posting faster and more consistent
• Work directly with me to plan, test, and refine content strategy
• Help establish structure and systems for a growing creative team

What I’m Looking For

• You live in San Diego and can work in person regularly
• You’re an editor first — fast, creative, and detail-oriented
• You understand storytelling and how to make content that truly connects with people
• You take initiative, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• You value purpose, excellence, and consistency
• You’re excited to be part of a company that creates content shaped by faith and integrity
• A huge plus is your experience with AI tools and your ability to implement them in your editing workflow — tools like Descript, Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or automation tools in CapCut or Premiere. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, innovative, and always thinking about how to use technology to improve creativity and speed.
