This role suits someone with homeowners insurance expertise who thrives on policy investigations, issue resolution, and relationship-building with agents and policyholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Support: Process adjuster reports, payments, and communicate claim processes to policyholders.
Underwriting: Handle policy transactions, review inspections, and assist agents with inquiries.
Billing: Resolve billing questions, process payments, and manage proof of insurance requests.
