Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies.
• Lead production-level automations in the Robotic Enterprise Framework.
• Work directly with functional stakeholders to translate business needs into automation solutions with measurable ROI.
• Support and maintain automation solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate within a Scrum team using agile best practices.
• Manage and monitor automations integrated with ERP, HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems.

Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on RPA/Automation development and support (UiPath required).
• 2+ years of object-oriented programming (C++, C#, VB, Python, or Java).
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Experience developing automation in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver ROI-focused solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
• Experience with other RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience automating Oracle ERP, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with urgency and analytical thinking.

Education/Experience:

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
