Job Description & RequirementsPrinceton Staffing Solutions is partnering with a School in Salisbury, Maryland (MD) in need of an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a W2 contract position starting as soon as possible for the remainder of the school year ending 6/11/26. The role is in person / onsite only, working 37.5 hours per week. The Behavior Analyst will observe students and provide strategies/coaching to team members to support professional learning to school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians, with respect to behavior intervention techniques, conducting assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans.
