Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Trade Surveillance Analyst to join their team. As a Surveillance Analyst, you will be part of the compliance department supporting a dedicated team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Trade Surveillance Analyst

Location: 250 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate

What's the Job?

• Conduct monitoring and surveillance activities to ensure compliance with programs aimed at preventing or identifying illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.
• Apply extensive knowledge and skills to perform complex assignments related to compliance.
• Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance compliance strategies and practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings for management review.

What's Needed?

• College degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of the securities industry and compliance regulations.
• Experience in data gathering and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• FINRA Licenses is nice to have
