In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for actively recruiting for a wide variety of positions. You'll evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, playing a key part in managing the end-to-end recruiting process. This includes creating and implementing effective recruiting strategies and providing guidance to hiring managers on processes, controls, and policies. You'll also be crucial in sourcing and pipelining qualified candidates through diverse channels, all while partnering with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize talent pipelines. Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer closure.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruiting best practices, policies, and controls.
• Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates using a wide range of channels.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and interviews, presenting top candidates to hiring managers and incorporating feedback to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management, HR, and finance to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize the recruitment process and enhance client satisfaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert in your areas of recruiting responsibility, staying informed on business changes and managing expectations for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent, timely communication, providing feedback, and appropriately managing all candidate dispositions.
• Effectively communicate career growth opportunities, benefits, and compensation to candidates, passionately representing the firm and the role.
• Facilitate compensation discussions with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure successful offer negotiations and closures.
