Location: Lake County, IL | Hybrid (2 days onsite)Job Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 46 per hourWe're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a large, award-winning in-house creative agency within a global leader in the biopharmaceutical industry. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team of 45 creatives and strategic thinkers supporting enterprise-wide communications across Corporate, R&D, and Commercial functions.This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, highly visible projects across 30 brands in 80 countries, collaborating closely with creative leadership, writers, motion artists, account teams, and external partners.If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy producing thoughtful, high-quality design across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints, this role offers both creative range and career stability.Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm CSTResponsibilities:Design and produce digital, print, and video assets for campaigns, promotional programs, internal communications, and meetings/events.Collaborate with Creative Directors, Writers, Account Teams, Designers, and external vendors to bring concepts to life while adhering to corporate and product brand standards.Partner with Traffic and Account teams to clarify project scope, timelines, and priorities.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.Communicate proactively on project status, risks, and next steps.Anticipate creative needs and contribute innovative design solutions.Track time daily and meet established utilization targets.Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies across print, digital, typography, illustration, animation, and motion.
