We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Intern to help build UCare Staffing’s online presence and attract qualified candidates. You’ll play a key role in promoting job openings, highlighting employer partnerships, and driving engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Create and post engaging content promoting UCare Staffing’s job openings, client updates, and success stories
Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and social posts that showcase UCare’s brand and current openings
Write compelling captions and calls-to-action that encourage candidates to apply
Manage and grow UCare Staffing’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Track and analyze social media metrics to improve reach and engagement
Collaborate with the recruiting team to highlight high-priority openings and client wins
Passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Creative mindset with strong writing and storytelling skills
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or other content-creation tools is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Previous experience managing social accounts is a bonus but not required
