This is a leadership-level opportunity that demands collaboration, thought leadership, and hands-on technical skills to deliver scalable, innovative solutions to our clients. Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions on the Snowflake platform. Design end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with Snowflake. Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and technical presentations on Snowflake capabilities. Build strong relationships with Snowflake account teams including their product managers and solution architects, contributing to co-marketing and joint go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to provide technical guidance during RFP responses and solutioning. Lead technical engagements, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders. Guide data engineers, analysts, and developers in implementing best practices on Snowflake. Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards within Snowflake environments. Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or analytics roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake. Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data solutions across industries. Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles, particularly with GSIs or enterprise customers. Deep understanding of modern data architecture principles, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Expert knowledge of Snowflake architecture, including data sharing, performance optimization, and data security. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools (e.g., DBT, Informatica, Matillion, Fivetran, Talend). Experience with BI/Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Hands-on experience with data modeling, schema design, and ELT pipeline development. Understanding of cloud-native services for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, GCP Dataflow). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with diverse teams. A self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Snowflake Advanced Certification: Such as SnowPro Advanced: Architect Certification, SnowPro Core Certification, SnowPro Advanced: Data Engineer Certification, SnowPro Advanced: Data Scientist Certification, SnowPro Advanced: Administrator Certification, and SnowPro Advanced: Data Analyst Certification. Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
