Job Description

Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Springfield, VA – 4-5 days / week onsite
Type: Long-term / multi-year contract Requirements:
• Top Secret Clearance, can sponsor SCI
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification • Customized ServiceNow Application development and maintenance
• Experience supporting a mix of the following modules: o ITSM o ITOM o ITAM o GRC o SPM o SecOps Duties and Responsibilities
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of both new applications and application customization
• Customization of the Application UI, workflow, and API
• Delivering new services via the service portal
• Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java
• Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform
• Experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, estimate the level of effort, develop conceptual designs, and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Supporting the requirements definition and application testing processes
• Supporting requirements for system certifications, including security
• Investigating application issues and collaborating with team members to resolve them quickly
• Development of reports according to ongoing customer needs
• Ongoing management of the ServiceNow environment, including platform version upgrades and application releases without business impact
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow data models, capabilities, and relationships
• Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications
