Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Location : Seattle, WA
Position Type : Full-Time 

Hybrid role. 180-200k + benefits

Join our innovative Seattle-based team as a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer, where your expertise will shape cutting-edge solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment. We’re seeking top talent passionate about building robust, scalable applications with a focus on back-end excellence and the flexibility to contribute across the stack. What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop high-performance applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core, leveraging .NET 8 for modern architectures (ASP.NET Core, minimal APIs, BFF patterns). 
  • Optimize and maintain SQL Server databases, utilizing Dapper ORM for efficient data access and performance tuning. 
  • Drive cloud-based solutions on AWS (EC2), ensuring scalability and reliability. 
  • Integrate seamlessly with front-end teams (React, TSX) to deliver cohesive APIs and user experiences. 
  • Migrate and enhance WPF-based components, adapting them to modern frameworks. 
  • Champion security best practices, DevOps principles, and OAuth2 flows (OpenIddict). 
  • Mentor junior developers and elevate code quality through rigorous reviews.

What You Bring

  • Deep expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 8). 
  • Advanced SQL Server skills, including stored procedures and optimization. 
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2), GitHub, and REST API design/versioning. 
  • Familiarity with WPF and translating legacy components to modern tech. 
  • Proficiency in front-end integration (React/TSX); bonus for strong React skills. 
  • A passion for secure, scalable code and mentoring others.
