As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Security Clearance in Camarillo, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a government location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents. This role involves interacting with a variety of individuals, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining clear communication to address any security-related concerns. As this is a driving post, you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential concerns.
• Document and report security-related observations, incidents, and/or unusual situations according to company and client protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and access control procedures.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local authorities as required to address incidents or emergencies at the location.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed of site-specific protocols and security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
