Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed to support an elementary school caseload in Olympia, WA. This contract position begins January 29, with the exact end date to be determined based on the school calendar year (CSY). The primary responsibility is providing occupational therapy services to approximately 51 elementary-aged students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy assessments and interventions for elementary students
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student development and participation in the school environment
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Manage a caseload of approximately 51 students with varying therapy needs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials appropriate for school-based practice
• Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
• Skills relevant to school-based occupational therapy, including assessment and intervention for developmental and functional challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload and maintain thorough documentation
