Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time occupational therapist opportunity is available in an elementary school setting located in Cleveland, OH. This contract position is designed to cover a leave of absence and will commence in March, continuing through the remainder of the academic year. The role requires a licensed occupational therapist with a valid Ohio license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services tailored to elementary school students, addressing their developmental and educational needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Assess student progress and modify interventions as necessary.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with school policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio occupational therapy license is required.
• Experience working in school-based OT settings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy, particularly in an elementary education environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Position Details:

• Part-time schedule: 2.5 days per week, totaling 18.75 hours weekly.
• Contract duration: March to the end of the school year.
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio.
