Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities from within the office environment. This role focuses on converting warm leads into sales, nurturing existing customer relationships, and supporting the buying journey for both residential and trade customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled at consultative selling in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chatMake outbound follow-up calls to leads who have engaged with marketing campaigns or requested samplesProvide product information, pricing, and recommendations to help customers make informed decisionsConvert leads into orders by guiding customers through the full buying processMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRMCollaborate with logistics and customer support teams to ensure a smooth fulfillment experienceIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and project scopeMeet and exceed individual sales goals and performance KPIsSupport trade customers (e.g., designers, contractors, builders) with project-based quotes and recurring ordersStay up to date on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activityQualifications:2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account managementProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-volume environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalExperience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detailSelf-motivated and coachable with a growth mindsetIndustry knowledge in flooring, home improvement, or building materials is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus and commissionHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match up to 6%Paid time off and 9 paid holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementEmployee discount on products
