We’re currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Retail Sales Merchandiser (24 hours per week) to support our client in the confectionery and candy industry across Barrie, ON and surrounding areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a supportive national team.
What You’ll Do - Visit retail stores to stock shelves, merchandise, rotate inventory, and build displays.
- Execute planogram updates and ensure POG compliance.
- Gain and maintain product distribution across assigned stores.
- Build incremental displays and identify opportunities to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with store management.
- Submit reports and updates within given timelines.
What You Bring - Minimum 1 year of retail merchandising experience (required) — experience in grocery or confectionery is a plus.
- Available to work during daytime business hours (weekdays).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable using an Apple iPad for reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
