Restaurant Franchise Business Consultant Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' successful results as a Franchise Consultant Director of Operations of 15 or more locations (Quick Serve, Fast Casual, and Casual Dining)
- People development and QSC improvement track record
- Strong focus on operations execution and financial results
- Sharp and professional
- Coaching and directing of strategies and objectives with Managing Partners
- Instilling a culture of ownership
- Conducting random inspections, inventory, and cash audits
- Reviewing and teaching budgets, labor, and food costs reconciliation
