ABOUT THE ROLE

The firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to support its growing investment team. You’ll serve as a key administrative partner, ensuring the team operates seamlessly and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage complex calendars across time zones for multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate high-volume travel and logistics (domestic and international)
• Process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle corporate access coordination: schedule investor meetings, track earnings calls, liaise with company contacts
• Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external communications
• Collaborate closely with the firm’s existing support staff to ensure alignment and continuity

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Administrative experience, preferably in financial services
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and resourceful approach
• Experience supporting investment professionals, traders, or analysts is a plus
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
