The Role We seek an experienced and self-motivated Recruiter based in Italy who speaks and writes excellent German . The role will involve managing and delivering on existing client vacancies (c.65%) and supporting our business expansion through new client engagement (c.35%). The allocation might change depending on client demand. You'll work across various sectors (typically tech or commercial roles) with clients in Germany, Benelux, France, Belgium, and Poland, supported by our central sourcing tools and optional delivery team. There is significant scope for entrepreneurial individuals to grow a vertical, develop a team, build accounts, and share the value created. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver on live client vacancies within your assigned vertical Source, screen and qualify candidates across German-speaking markets Build strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders Contribute to new business development (approximately 30% of your time) Maintain accurate records via our ATS and collaborative tools Champion our values of freedom, performance, and ownership Requirements Fluent German (C1 or higher) and excellent English communication skills At least 1 year + of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) Proven ability to work independently with a hands-on approach, demonstrating strong self-management skills and a consistent track record of meeting performance targets. Strong organisational and relationship-building skills Based in Italy with the right to work (freelancer or contractor structure welcome) A proactive, results-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit Ability to work from home full time What We Offer A good fix salary + a generous uncapped commission structure.
