Job Summary
Beachside Soccer Club, which is the most successful developmental club in Connecticut, is looking for ambitious coaches to join our Academy staff to work with our talented youth players in a competitive and fun environment.
We are looking for player first coaches for our MLSNext platform, who have a passion to work with our players, as well as be a part of a team working towards our core values. Tasks include but not limited to:
Coaching teams
Planning and running training sessions
Assisting with administrative work
Developing Individual Player Plans to help our players reach their full potential.
Minimum requirement "D" License and must have experience and the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff and parents.
