Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager (Video Production)

Duties

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Manage project schedules and resources using tools such as Asana, Slack, Dropbox, etc.

• Oversee the execution of projects while ensuring adherence to quality management standards.

• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to align project goals with business needs.

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve conflicts.

• Implement change management strategies to effectively manage project transitions.

• Foster team collaboration through effective team management and leadership practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on Video Production or content marketing.

• Strong background in process mapping, business process modeling, and process management.

• Experience in supervising teams and managing vendor relationships effectively.

• Knowledge of various PPM tools such as Smartsheet, Basecamp, or ServiceNow is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement through methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma while showcasing strong presentation skills. This role is essential for driving successful project outcomes that align with our organizational goals.
