Our client, in McCook NE , a leader in the manufacturing industry , are seeking Production Helpers  to join their team. You will be part of the Production Department , supporting Mixing Operations or Finishing or Material handling . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , strong communication skills , and a commitment to safety , which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper
Location: McCook NE
Pay Range: $17.27 to $18.84/hr with Shift Deferential of $1.25/hr

What's the job?

• Weigh gram bags for compound batches with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist in producing rubber compounds for hose extrusion
• Operate equipment such as mixers, mills, or compound machinery (based on assigned area)
• Unload bulk raw materials from tanks, railcars, and trucks
• Perform forklift operations as needed to support material flow

What's Needed? 

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving ability
• Good math, reading, and writing skills with strong retention abilities
• Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Shift: 
• 1 st shift: 7 – 3pm
• 2 nd shift: 3 pm – 11 pm
• 3 rd shift: 11 pm – 7 am
