About the Role
The Company is seeking a Campus President to lead and create a dynamic environment that fosters educational achievement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight of all campus operations, including budget management, staffing, marketing, community engagement, and curriculum development. This role demands a leader with initiative, sound judgment, and a commitment to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the institution's mission and core values. The Campus President will define and execute campus goals, manage the operating budget, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain a safe and secure environment for students and staff. Candidates for the Campus President position at The Company should have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Higher Education Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. The role requires a leader with strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead a team, manage people, and demonstrate business acumen. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, cost-conscious, and have a proven track record of making informed decisions and promoting a culture of safety and security. Responsibilities also include overseeing a team of approximately 10 direct reports, so experience in staff management and development is essential.
