Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services in an elementary school setting located in Copperas Cove, TX. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about enhancing student munication skills and making a positive impact on young lives through innovative virtual solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of each student.
  • Provide engaging teletherapy sessions, utilizing digital tools and resources to facilitate learning.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to promote student progress and address any concerns.
  • Document and track student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary to achieve desired outes.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for paraprofessionals assigned to assist in facilitating therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas SLP license is required by the start date.
  • Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) is mandatory.
  • Pediatric experience in a school setting is a significant plus, though not essential.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology is preferred.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and families.
