About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Sales Recruiter. You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and moving top talent through the pipeline while collaborating closely with hiring managers.
Work Schedule: Remote with occasional in-office presence; must live in the NYC area
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Responsibilities:
-Source, identify, and engage qualified sales candidates
-Screen candidates and manage pipelines to ensure a strong flow of talent
-Partner with hiring managers to align on role profiles and hiring needs
-Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
-Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree required
-3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales recruiting preferred
-Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Acquire, or similar sourcing/ATS tools
-Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time schedule
-Must be local and able to attend occasional in-office meetings
