Job Responsibilities: What you will do Serve a fleet of 10+ Owner Operators by providing business opportunities and guidance. Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with Owner Operators and Company Driving Associates. Provide Owner Operators with viable freight options from Swift's network. Track frequency of load rejections and provide Owner/Operator with consequences of continually rejecting viable freight options and impact on settlements which, if negative, can lead to contract termination. Routinely review Owner Operator revenue goals and provide verbal and written advice on ways to optimize their income. Proactively manage safety performance to achieve insurance and claims cost as a percentage of revenue targets. Track safety events and provide company leadership and Owner/Operator with documented risk assessments and recommended actions up to and including contract termination. Collaborate with Planner(s) to ensure assigned Owner/Operators have viable freight options. Develop strategies and sponsor key initiatives which lead to successful owner operators. Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
