About the Role:
Join Big Sky Smiles and Sedation as an Office Manager for our multi-location dental practice in Missoula, MT! This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a dynamic team, ensuring smooth operations while providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment. Candidate must have Dental Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple dental office locations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments for optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and billing issues with professionalism.
• Monitor and manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating office staff.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and office protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dental office management.
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Knowledge of billing practices and insurance processing.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in management or healthcare preferred.
• Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
