Position Title : Office Assistant
Location : Miami, FL (Blue Lagoon area)
Languages Required : Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Salary: $16-18/HR, depending on experience
Are you a highly organized, bilingual professional with a knack for hospitality and customer service? A well-established company in the Blue Lagoon area is seeking an Office Assistant to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional setting and enjoys taking initiative.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and employees.
Answer phones, screen calls, and respond to inquiries.
Handle mail, deliveries, shipments, and office emails.
Maintain a clean and organized front office.
Support meetings and events (coffee, catering, setup).
Manage office/kitchen supplies, access cards, business cards.
Assist with filing, photocopying, and general admin duties.
Coordinate purchase orders and mobile line operations.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience in reception or hospitality preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), email, and internet.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
Comfortable with light physical tasks as needed.
