We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This role is essential to keeping our office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist team members, and provide excellent support across departments. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper). Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls as needed. Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents. Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and costs are monitored. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and maintaining databases. Support office-wide projects and provide general administrative support to team members. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (1+ years preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
