Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy programs tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the educational environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly to maximize outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines and school policies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary planning

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy license and certification
• Experience working in school-based settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel
• Ability to develop and implement creative intervention strategies
