Job Summary:
As a Night Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities include ordering kitchen utensils and equipment based on needs, managing contracts and payroll, and supervising restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. The Shift Leader's night hours are 5 pm to 2 am, 5 to 6 days a week.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of Shift Leader experience, currently, in the QSR industry is required
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends): Night Shift Manager hours are 5 pm to 2 am is required
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS) is preferred
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
