The Neurology Physician provides specialized neurological care to patients, primarily in outpatient settings, with potential expansion into inpatient services. They collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans ensuring continuity of care. This role requires medical licensure, board certification or eligibility, and experience in neurology with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered service in North Central West Virginia.

Mon Health is seeking a Neurology physician to provide neurologic clinical care for the patients seen at our clinic sites. This position would play a critical role in filling a need for Neurological care in the North Central West Virginia region. Mon Health is dedicated to putting patients first and we are focused on bring onboard a passionate care provider who follows and directs evidenced based practices as established within the Neurology service line; as well as collaborates and coordinates the individualized treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.

This position would initially be outpatient-focused with the opportunity to add more inpatient as we grow the team.

Minimum Education Requirement: Graduate of an Accredited Medical School.

Minimum Experience Requirement: Supervision of staff preferred. Residency completed and one year of fellow cases in Neurology preferred.

Minimum License Requirement: Current West Virginia Licensure. Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Board eligible required. Board Certified preferred. Fully credentialed through medical staff according to Neurology services.
