Our Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client is seeking dedicated, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join their growing remote team. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this could be the perfect fit for you!

Louisiana Residents Only | $17/hr. + Weekly Pay & Benefits | ⏰ Full-Time, M–Fri (Any 8-hr shift between 8 AM–10 PM EST)
Start Date: Mid October 2025

What You’ll Do:

• Perform inbound and outbound calls assisting patients
• Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits.
• Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.
• Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.
• Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of RECENT call center experience (required – no exceptions!)
• Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits ( plus!)
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup
• High-speed wired internet (hotspots not accepted)
• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
