What You’ll Do:
Conduct Planned Method Audits (PMAs) on the shop floor
Review control plans, process documentation, and audit findings
Observe technician performance and equipment usage
Identify process gaps and support standard work improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and consistency
What You Bring:
5–7 years of experience (internships included)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Strong communication and observational skills
Proficiency in print reading and control plans
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Teams)
Familiarity with gages and torque tools (preferred)
Work Environment:
100% on-site | 65% office / 35% shop floor
Standard shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible for shift audits)
PPE required: safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, helmet
