Line of Business: Aggregates

The main job is operating the loader to load customer trucks. Running the water truck to control dust. Daily maintenance on the loader and other quarry related maintenance. Computer skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain stockpiles and ensure proper material placement and inventory control
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational readiness
• Communicate with dispatch and plant personnel to coordinate material flow
• Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining equipment and site cleanliness
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs and procedures
• Reliable work ethic and consistent attendance

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Must meet all legal and company requirements for operating heavy equipment

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
