Licensed School Nurse (2 Positions) Elementary
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Hours: Full-Time, approximately 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
School Nurse Position Summary:
Eden Prairie Public Schools is seeking two dedicated Licensed School Nurses to support the health and well-being of our elementary students. Each nurse will be assigned to one school and will play a key role in ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment.
School Nurse Key Responsibilities:
Provide first aid for minor illnesses and injuries
Manage chronic conditions with individualized health plans
Conduct health screenings (vision, hearing)
Administer medications as prescribed
Educate students on health, hygiene, and wellness
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
Respond to emergencies promptly
Serve as a liaison between students, families, and healthcare providers
