Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed practical nurse (LPN) is needed to support an early childhood educational setting in Athens, GA. This contract position will serve students aged 4 years old in a Pre-K classroom.

Location: Athens, GA
Setting: Early Childhood School Pre-K Classroom
Duration: School Year (NSY) Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to Pre-K students during the school day
• Assist with the medical needs of children, including tracheostomy care
• Transport students safely by bus to and from their homes
• Monitor student health and municate any concerns to appropriate staff

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential required
• Experience or fort with tracheostomy care strongly preferred
• Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus
• Ability to manage students health needs and municate effectively with educators and families
