Legal Billing Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX 75201
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $80K–$90K
Schedule: Hybrid – In-office 3 days/week
A prestigious law firm is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist with Aderant experience to manage billing, collections, and client trust accounts. This role requires someone personable and confident in face-to-face interactions with attorneys.
Ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of legal billing/collections experience
Insurance defense & cost share/flat fee billing background
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Key responsibilities include:
Full-cycle billing & collections
Matter management & trust account oversight
Forecasting, e-billing, and unapplied cash resolution
Collaboration with attorneys and staff
