Your Responsibilities Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site, while ensuring exceptional customer service. Manage and resolve service requests efficiently and professionally. Contribute to and lead technical projects, leveraging your expertise to ensure success. Translate complex technical issues into clear explanations for non-technical clients. Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure seamless service delivery. Learn more about us at axiom.tech Qualifications At least 2 years of experience supporting workstations in a server domain environment. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services . Microsoft Associate-level certifications (e.g., MS-700) are highly valued. Familiarity with compliance standards like NIST, CMMC, and GRC is highly valued. Experience working in an MSP environment, using PSA tools like ConnectWise Manage and RMM tools such as NinjaOne, Kaseya, or ConnectWise is a plus. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within compliance frameworks like CIS, NIST, CMMC, and GRC . Previous experience supporting and leading technical projects. Additional certifications in Microsoft, cybersecurity, networking, or cloud technologies .
