Do you thrive on bringing people together through memorable events? At Balance of Nature, we believe that meaningful connections build stronger teams. The Internal Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing internal events at Balance of Nature.
This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who loves connecting with people. The Internal Events Manager needs to be a self-motivated individual who can diligently see projects through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the internal events for team members at Balance of Nature
Manage the budget and handle logistics for events
Prepare project briefs for events and create post-event surveys
Stay in constant communication with upper management and the Public Relations team
Attend weekly staff and management meetings
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing established teams
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Clear and effective communicator with strong writing skills
Outgoing, confident, and able to effectively communicate with the public
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Event planning experience is preferred

Pay: $45,000 per year + additional bonus potential per quarter
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
